Bhunda- The Festival of Human Sacrifice in Himachal Himalayaa

Bhunda is anage old festival which is celebrated by the people of the Himachal Himalaya. This is also known as "Narmedhi Yajana (Human sacrifice)" here in these hills of Kullu Mandi and Shimla Districts of Himachal Pradesh. In this a human is being slided on a rope over a deep gorge. Hunderds of Goats are being sacrifices in 4 days of festival.
